Thomas Wittich,
Desktop Support Engineer
Thomas grew up in south Denver. During high school he was dual enrolled at Arapahoe Community College earning a Cisco Network Tech certificate at the same time he graduated from high school. After that he pursued a Computer Science degree from Colorado State University with a focus in Networks and Security.
During college Thomas worked at the CSU Surplus store recycling and refurbishing computers giving him a deep understanding of physical hardware. It also taught him the importance of proper technology recycling which is one of his main interests today.
After that he transitioned into a Helpdesk Technician role for a nationwide real estate company. Supporting over 15 office locations and a large user base taught him the fundamentals for triaging the issues and important skills with Microsoft products and admin suites.
Now he works for Rapid Networks! Thomas accepted the role in April of 2025. Growing his knowledge base and supporting our wonderful clients. His main passion in technology is networking and security so he is always excited when he can work on that.
When Thomas is not working on computers, he enjoys reading books by his favorite author Brandon Sanderson, hiking, playing video games with his friends, and tinkering with his own tech horde.
